Return Policy

CLOTHING ITEM(S)

You may return new, unworn, odor free items within 30 days of delivery for a store credit, exchange, or a full refund. All items must be unworn, damage and odor free, with original store tag still attached. To return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We will notify you via email of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. Clothing Items: Your refund (minus shipping fees) will be reflected by the payment method you originally used at the time of purchase. 

 

SHOES

You may return new, unworn, odor free items within 30 days of delivery for a store credit, exchange, or a full refund. Shoes must be unworn without any marks on soles and in the original shoe inside a separate shipping box. Please include a copy of your receipt. Please do not write, tear or tape the manufacturer shoe box. Please provide a copy of you receipt. To return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We will notify you via email of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. Your refund (minus shipping fees) will be reflected by the payment method you originally used at the time of purchase.

 

RECEIVED AN INCORRECT OR DAMAGED ITEM

 We apologize for the inconvenience and of course, we will pay the return shipping cost as long as the return is a result of our error. To return the incorrect/damaged item(s), simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. Please note that you received an incorrect/damaged item. Once we receive your damaged/incorrect item(s), we will process a corrected order and notify you via email. 

 

LINGERIE, ACCESSORIES, AND SWIM WEAR CANNOT BE RETURNED.

 

REFUND

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

 

PLEASE PURCHASE TRACKING AND INSURANCE ON YOUR RETURN PACKAGE AS WE CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST PACKAGES.
